Casey is a Denver native and grew up in the Castle Rock, Colorado area. He graduated from Fort Lewis College in 2009 with a BA in Anthropology and in 2014, he graduated from the University of Colorado in Denver with a Master’s degree in Anthropology. His studies of ecological anthropology made him realize that installing Photovoltaic solar is a clear way to mitigate climate change at the local level for this culture. With this new passion, he began working with ARE Solar since 2010 in a variety of jobs learning all aspects of the business and has worked his way up from VP of Production to the new President and Owner!
Clay Cole – Vice President/Partner

David B. Waldman – Sales Manager/Partner

David was the proud owner of ARE Solar since 2009, but has recently retired and passed the torch to Casey Cole who has played a major role in the company since 2010. David is still involved as the Sales Manager and remains a partner of ARE Solar. He graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1979 with a double major in Aeronautical Science and Aviation Maintenance. His education was just the beginning of his many adventures throughout his career. As a retired airline pilot, former professional aviation mechanic, and past owner and operator of Classic Corvettes of Daytona Beach and D&J foods, David has accumulated a wide variety of knowledge to take the solar industry to new levels. One of his most proud accomplishments was to help his beloved city of Denver, CO install a solar system on the Denver International Airport (DIA)!
Josh Tinaglia – Operations Manager
Hobbies: Spending time with wife and daughters going on Colorado Adventures
Josh grew up in Littleton, CO and graduated from Heritage High School. He then went on to play soccer at Colorado Mesa, then Mesa State in Grand Junction, CO. His studies focused on Sports Managements and Business Administration. After graduating college in 2010, he spent 7 years working in the Automotive Financing world until he realized he could use his financial experience in the solar industry helping locals own their power, clean the air, and save money. Starting in 2017, Josh is grateful enough to be doing just that. He enjoys learning from and working with individuals with the same mentality!
