Build Solar Systems With Skill and Care 

Opportunities may include:

Solar Installers assist with installing racking, modules, electrical equipment, and battery systems while following strong safety and workmanship standards. 

These roles are suited for people who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in their craft, and want to build a long-term career in solar. 

Keep Solar Systems Performing at Their Best 

Troubleshoot, repair, commission, and maintain residential and commercial solar and battery systems. 

Solar Maintenance Technicians perform site evaluations, diagnose performance issues, complete repairs, coordinate warranty replacements, and communicate with customers and equipment manufacturers. 

This role is suited for a technically capable, hands-on problem-solver who values excellent service and high-quality work. 

Carry Projects From Contract Through PTO

Lead solar projects from signed contract through installation, inspection, and utility approval.

The Solar Project Manager coordinates schedules, material orders, permits, utility applications, subcontractors, customers, inspections, and quality-control requirements.

This role is suited for an organized, proactive problem-solver who can take ownership and keep multiple projects moving forward.

Help Property Owners Make an Informed Energy Decision

Help drive ARE Solar’s growth by connecting homeowners and businesses with solar, battery, and service solutions.

Solar Sales Consultants respond to inbound inquiries, generate new opportunities, prepare and present residential, commercial, and repair proposals, and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers.

This role is suited for someone who is motivated, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and committed to turning qualified leads into lasting customer relationships.
